Political pink

I’ve always considered pink to be power colour in fashion and the shade is once again in the spotlight. Pink has been berated as anti-feminist and too gendered to be taken seriously but I feel we have to own it and wear pink with confidence in any shade but most definitely hot fuchsia pink.

Politics matter and this week celebrities and politicians have been wearing ‘political pink’ to get their important (liberal) messages across in style.

How to wear it? To make a megawatt statement a head-to-toe pink outfit would work a treat. However, as most of us navigate working from home with out bottom halves in yoga pants, you can try a pink blouse, top, blazer or scarf such as in the image gallery, all by Pop and all available in our boutique or to buy online. I’d also recommend a dig through your make up bag for a hot pink lipstick for an instant pink fix.
